Your Profile definition

Your Profile means the profile we build about you, which includes things such as: what you like, dislike, are passionate about and interested in, in addition to the information we know about you through your relationship with us, for example, campaigns you have been part of and our history of working together.
Your Profile means Your Individual Profile.
Your Profile has the meaning given to it in Clause 5.1;

  • Your Profile cannot be submitted unless all three “completed” boxes are checked.

  • Your Profile is not used as the means of executing payment transactions.

  • DNA profile means a letter or number code which represents a set of identification characteristics of the non-coding part of an analysed human DNA sample, i.e. the particular molecular structure at the various DNA locations (loci);

  • Profile means a building's cross-sectional shape or the shape of its outline.

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”.   • Your Data means information or data (which may include Personal Data) that you input and transfer to NCR Voyix for processing and that is collected, stored or maintained in the course of providing the Service or the Software. Your Data expressly excludes any information or data that does not connect or associate you or any Users to or with such information or data.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Strategy means the account opened by a Strategy Provider to carry out a series of transactions for the purpose of Social Trading and which is available for Investors to copy and invest.

  • profiling means any form of automated processing of personal data consisting of the use of personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects relating to a natural person, in particular to analyse or predict aspects concerning that natural person's performance at work, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, behaviour, location or movements;

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Evaluation Criteria means the criteria set out under the clause 27 (Evaluation Process) of this Part C, which includes the Qualifying Criteria, Functional Criteria and Price and Preferential Points Assessment.
