Your Package definition

Your Package means the Package you have chosen, details of which are set out in the Welcome Letter, including your Minimum Term. There may be more than one Package available for you to choose from and if so, you will need to select one before you're Connected to Three. Depending on the Package you choose, you may receive an allowance made up of Units, being voice Units, text Units and data Units, which entitle you to a specified number of voice minutes, text messages and/or data - details of these are set out in the Price Guide. The Packages we offer may be changed or withdrawn from time to time, and can be viewed at Three.co.uk or details requested from Three Customer Services.

Examples of Your Package in a sentence

  • Your request must state Your identity, Your Subscription number, the name of Your Package, and the installation address concerned.

  • As Your subscription is paid in advance, it is therefore possible that a full month’s fees may be invoiced to You even where the termination of Your Package should take effect during that month.

  • Should You fail to do so, You accept full responsibility for non-receipt of information concerning Your Package, its renewal or amendment, or information concerning Your payments, etc., without engaging the responsibility of Eutelsat S.A.

  • You have the right to terminate Your Package at any time on condition of giving thirty (30)days’ notice.

  • After executing the apkg-tool.py script, all source folders and files (as in 3.1 Prepare Your Package Source) will be compressed, and an app with the name PACKAGE_VERSION_ARCHITECTURE.apk will be generated automatically.

  • Your data speed may be affected (please note, Your consumption is not counted at night from 01:00 am to 06:00 am local time for the calculation of Your prioritized data) until the start of the next monthly period of Your Package.

  • If You need an additional pickup after the driver collects Your Package or need a one-time change to Your scheduled pickup time, You may schedule an On-Call Pickup.

  • Regardless of the reason, in case of the termination of Your Package, You are responsible for returning the Modem with the cables and power supply, etc.

  • The volume of prioritized data consumed is reset at the start of each new monthly period of Your Package.

Related to Your Package

  • Work package means a major sub-division of the proposed project.

  • Data Package has the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(a).

  • Exit Package means a sealed, child-resistant certified receptacle into which marijuana items already within a container are placed at the point of sale.

  • Training Package means a set of qualifications and units of competency developed to meet the training needs of an industry, or a group of industries, and endorsed at the national level. Training Plan means the plan for the training and assessment to be delivered to an individual created by the Training Provider pursuant to Clause 7 of Schedule 1. Training Provider Group means the Training Provider and any other registered training organisation that is a Related Training Provider, other than by reason of paragraph (b) of that term.

  • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.

  • Information Package means the most recent compilation of financial and other data with respect to the Failed Bank, including any amendments or supplements thereto, provided to the Assuming Institution by the Corporation on the web site used by the Corporation to market the Failed Bank to potential acquirers.

  • The Purchase Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The purchase order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Type B package means a Type B packaging together with its radioactive contents. On approval, a Type B package design is designated by NRC as B(U) unless the package has a maximum normal operating pressure of more than 700 kPa (100 lb/in2 ) gauge or pressure relief device that will allow the release of radioactive material to the environment under the tests specified in 10 CFR 71 (hypothetical accident conditions), in which case it will receive a designation B(M). B(U) refers to the need for unilateral approval of international shipments; B(M) refers to the need for multilateral approval of international shipments. There is no distinction made in how packages with these designations may be used in domestic transportation. To determine their distinction for international transportation, see DOT regulations in 49 CFR 173. A Type B package approved before September 6, 1983, was designated only as Type B. Limitations on its use are specified in 10 CFR 71.13.

  • Licensed behavior analyst means a person who holds current certification or meets the standards to be certified as a board certified Behavior Analyst or a board certified Assistant Behavior Analyst issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc., or any successor in interest to that organization and whom the Board of Psychological Examiners licenses as a Behavior Analyst.

  • Delivery Terms as defined in Section 10.1;

  • Data Log means a complete record of all Data Interchanged representing the Messages and their Associated Data between the parties;

  • Customer Order means, with respect to a Participant or Authorized Trader, an Order or Request for Quote that has been provided to such Participant or Authorized Trader, as applicable, by or on behalf of a Customer.

  • Boeing is defined as The Boeing Company, its divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, assignees of each, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents.

  • ORSA summary report means a confidential high-level summary of an insurer or insurance group's ORSA.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Catalog means the available list of tangible personal property or services, in the most current listing, regardless of date, during the life of the contract, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, schedule, shelf price or other form that:

  • MI Reporting Template means the form of report set out in the Annex to Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information) setting out the information the Supplier is required to supply to the Authority;

  • Sample means urine, blood, breath, saliva, or hair.

  • Original package means the unbroken container or wrapping in which any drug or medicine is

  • Summary report means the year end report containing the summary of a

  • RFQ means Request for Quotation.

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;

  • Purchase Order Number means the Customer’s unique number relating to the supply of the Services;
