Your Package definition

Your Package means the Package you have chosen, details of which are set out in the Welcome Letter, including your Minimum Term. There may be more than one Package available for you to choose from and if so, you will need to select one before you're Connected to Three. Depending on the Package you choose, you may receive an allowance made up of Units, being voice Units, text Units and data Units, which entitle you to a specified number of voice minutes, text messages and/or data - details of these are set out in the Price Guide. The Packages we offer may be changed or withdrawn from time to time, and can be viewed at Three.co.uk or details requested from Three Customer Services.

Examples of Your Package in a sentence

  • If purchased by You as part of Your individual Services or included in Your Package, We will include a copyright notice in each copy of the Work and/ or secure a unique International Standard Book Number (ISBN) for each version of the Work, as requested by You.

  • Thereafter Your Package (including anything you had added to it in the previous License Term) shall renew for a Further Term in accordance with these General Terms.

  • Downgrading Your Package may result in the reduction of Permitted Users, Authorised Users, Add-Ons or other Dext Products previously available to You and Your Authorised Users and/or Permitted Users.

  • If You pay for Your Package on an annual or ACPM basis, any further Dext Products you add to Your Package will be included on a pro rata basis such that the Initial Term for those further Dext Products shall be coterminous with Your then current Licence Term.

Related to Your Package

  • Training Package means a set of qualifications and units of competency developed to meet the training needs of an industry, or a group of industries, and endorsed at the national level. Training Plan means the plan for the training and assessment to be delivered to an individual created by the Training Provider pursuant to Clause 7 of Schedule 1. Training Provider Group means the Training Provider and any other registered training organisation that is a Related Training Provider, other than by reason of paragraph (b) of that term.

  • Your Data means information or data (which may include Personal Data) that you input and transfer to NCR Voyix for processing and that is collected, stored or maintained in the course of providing the Service or the Software. Your Data expressly excludes any information or data that does not connect or associate you or any Users to or with such information or data.
