Yuba Accord definition

Yuba Accord means the Lower Yuba River Accord described in section 1.3.
Yuba Accord means the Lower Yuba River Accord consisting of the WPA, a Fishery Agreement as implemented by SWRCB Water Right Order 2008-0025, and Conjunctive Use Agreements between YWA and its Member Units.
Yuba Accord means the changes to YCWA's water rights that were approved by the SWRCB in Corrected Order WR 2008-0014.
