Zero emission credit means a tradable credit that represents the environmental attributes of one megawatt hour of energy produced from a zero emission facility. "Zero emission facility" means a facility that: (1) is fueled by nuclear power; and (2) is interconnected with PJM Interconnection, LLC or the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc., or their successors. Zero emission credit or “ZEC” means a tradable credit that represents the environmental attributes of one megawatt hour (“MWh”) of energy produced from a Zero Emission Facility. For purposes of this ZEC Contract, a ZEC shall mean an Emission Free Energy Certificate, if issued by PJM EIS GATS, or, in the event that the IPA issues a Tracking System Change Notice, an equivalent instrument issued by a Tracking System other than PJM EIS GATS.   • PM10 emissions means PM10 emitted to the ambient air as measured by an applicable reference method, or an equivalent or alternate method, specified in 40 CFR Part 51, Appendix M as of December 8, 1984, or by a test method specified in these regulations or any supplement thereto.
