No se aplicarán a este Contrato: (i) la Convención de las Naciones Unidas sobre Contratos para la Venta Internacional de Mercaderías de 1980 (UN-CISG), (ii) la Convención de las Naciones Unidas sobre el Período de Prescripción en la Venta Internacional de Mercaderías de 1974 y el Protocolo de enmienda de 1980. 17.3 Conventions on the Sale of Goods. The following shall not apply to this Agreement: (i) the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods of 1980 (UN-CISG), (ii) United Nations Convention on the Limitation Period in the International Sale of Goods of 1974 and the amending Protocol of 1980.
