Credit card. The Resident hereby declares to choose to pay the monthly rent and any additional services by credit card via the Student Portal. As per above, all the payment shall be made by the Resident via the Student Portal. If payment has not been made by the 4th of the month, the Resident will receive written notification from the front desk and a fee of € 5,00 (21 % VAT included), will be applied per day until the Monthly Rent is paid. After the 6th of the month, if the Resident has still not paid, it would be understood that there is cause for an early termination of the Contract attributable to the Resident (cfr. clause 1.4.2 paragraph b) .
