Delegation of Determination. The SLIP LEADER may delegate its Determination of a SCAP Claim to another entity. Despite its right to delegate the Determination of a SCAP Claim pursuant these Arrangements the SLIP LEADER shall remain responsible for all acts and omissions of the delegate and the acts and omissions of those employed or engaged by the delegate as if they were its own.
