Receipt of a Claim. Upon receiving a notification of a claim or circumstance, the SLIP LEADER shall, as soon as practicable, assess and decide, based on all the relevant circumstances (including but not limited to the Claims Information), whether such claim or circumstance is a SCAP Claim and notify the Broker accordingly with instruction to advise this decision to all claims agreement parties stated in B or C as applicable of the CLAIMS AGREEMENT PARTIES section.
