REGISTRO ÚNICO DE PROVEEDORES Y DE CONTRATISTAS. 18.- PARA SU INSCRIPCIÓN EN EL REGISTRO ÚNICO DE PROVEEDORES O EN EL DE CONTRATISTAS, SEGÚN CORRESPONDA, EL PROVEEDOR O CONTRATISTA INTERESADO DEBERÁ INCORPORAR EN COMPRANET LOS DATOS QUE LE SEAN APLICABLES DE ENTRE LOS CONTENIDOS EN EL FORMULARIO DISPONIBLE EN DICHO SISTEMA, LOS CUALES EN TÉRMINOS DE LOS ARTÍCULOS 105 DEL REGLAMENTO DE LA LEY DE ADQUISICIONES Y 43 DEL REGLAMENTO DE LA LEY DE OBRAS, SON:
REGISTRO ÚNICO DE PROVEEDORES Y DE CONTRATISTAS. Se recomienda a los licitantes, se registren en el Registro Único de Proveedores y Contratistas (RUPC) del sistema CompraNet, con la finalidad de tener integrado el histórico de su empresa en dicho sistema, para lo cual el licitante o proveedor deberá completar el formulario de registro disponible en la página del Sistema CompraNet: xxxx://xxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx; Una vez que al licitante se le haya adjudicado un contrato y previo a la firma del mismo, deberá solicitar por escrito a GACM, la inscripción al RUPC, para lo cual deberá presentar la información en original y en forma electrónica (escaneada en un CD-ROM) para ser validada; GACM podrá inscribir en dicho registro a los proveedores cuando adviertan que éstos no se encuentran inscritos. La fecha de inscripción en el RUPC, será la que se considere como el inicio del historial del proveedor.
