EXCLUSIONS. ICONTAINERS is not be liable for damages, delays or losses caused by force majeure or acts of God, such as fire, lightning, floods, etc.; by political or social causes such as sabotage, strikes, riots, military forces or measures, even in times of peace, wars, etc. damage to furniture, objects raised or lowered using difficult balconies or stairways, those caused by the narrowness of doors or corridors and in furniture or objects that prior to the service were glued or restored, damage caused by spills of liquids, substances or acids contained in containers, spontaneous combustion, influence of temperature, fermentation, etc., breakage of coloured marble, glass and mirrors without frames, those due to the nature or defect of things or to any other similar cause. Local taxes, customs duties, certificates of origin or transfer of residence, consular expenses, transhipments, etc. are not included in the price of the service unless otherwise stipulated. Any delays that may occur in the service shall not entitle the Customer to any claims, and no time limit can be provided other than for information purposes. In order to cover the risks of transport, the objects transported shall be insured by the Customer, upon declaration of the total value of the objects transported and payment of the corresponding insurance premium. ICONTAINERS shall be exonerated from any liability if the loss, damage or failure to meet the delivery date is due to circumstances which ICONTAINERS could not have avoided even with the utmost diligence and the consequences of which could not have been avoided by ICONTAINERS.

EXCLUSIONS. There shall be no indemnity or liability under this section for: a. any loss of or damage to any drilling or production equipment at the site of any well insured herein; b. any claim recoverable under this policy solely by reason of the addition or attachment to Section A of this policy of the Underground Control of Well Endorsement;

Loss, damage or expense resulting from: (1) war, hostile or warlike action in time of peace or war, including action in hindering, combating or defending against an actual, impending or expected attack (a) by any government or sovereign power (de jure or de facto) or by any other authority maintaining or using military, naval or air forces; or (b) by military, naval or air forces; or (c) by an agent of any such government, power, authority or forces; (2) any weapon(s) of war employing atomic fission or radioactive force whether in time of peace or war; (3) insurrection, rebellion, revolution, civil war, usurped power, or action by governmental authority in hindering combating or defending against such an occurrence, seizure or destruction under quarantine or customs regulations, confiscation by order of government or public authority or risks of contraband or illegal transportation or trade; f. Any claim caused by, resulting from or incurred as a consequence of: (1) (a) The detonation of any explosive; (b) Any weapon of war; and caused by any person acting maliciously or from a political motive; or (2) Any act for political or terrorist purposes of any persons, and whether or not agents of a sovereign power, and whether the loss, damage or expense resulting therefrom is accidental or intentional; but this Exclusion f shall not apply in respect of insured ▇▇▇▇▇ located in the United States of America or Canada or in the waters of the United States of America or Canada;
