BUYER undertakes to examine the goods on delivery. If BUYER fails to report in writing, on the day of delivery, any non-conformity or defect that is apparent or deemed to be apparent, all goods sold or services performed by SELLER shall be deemed to have been accepted without reservation by BUYER on the date of their delivery for the goods, and on the date of their performance for the services provided.
