Cancellation. ➢ Cancellation by you If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing (email, registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, etc.). • If we receive your email/letter more than 30 days before your arrival date, we will retain your deposit, the admin charge and any holiday cancellation insurance premium you paid at the time of booking. • If we receive your email/letter between the 30th and the 15th day before your arrival date, we will retain your deposit, the admin charge and any holiday cancellation insurance premium you paid at the time of booking. We will refund you the balance of the price of your stay in the form of a credit note that you can use for a future stay at our campsite and which you must book for the same season as the cancelled stay or the following season. If you booked your stay less than 30 days before your arrival date, and we receive your cancellation email/letter 15 days or more before this arrival date, we will retain your deposit, the admin charge and any holiday cancellation insurance premium you paid at the time of booking. You will be issued with a credit note to the value of any other amounts paid, which you will be able to use in respect of a future stay at the campsite provided that it is booked in the same season as the cancelled stay was booked or the following season. • If your email/letter is presented fewer than 15 days before your scheduled arrival date, all and any sums paid will be retained by the campsite. If you wish to be covered in the event of cancellation, we recommend that you take out holiday cancellation/interruption insurance at the time of booking. Notwithstanding the above, if you cancel your stay because you live in an area in which lockdown rules forbidding residents to leave the area in order to avoid the spread of COVID- 19 are in force on your scheduled arrival date, any deposit, admin charge and, where applicable, cancellation insurance premium that you have paid will be retained by the campsite. You will be issued with a credit note to the value of any additional amount paid, which you will be able to use in respect of a future stay at the campsite provided that it is booked in the same season as the cancelled stay was booked or the following season. Cancellation a/ Rental of a mobile-home or cottage: . For all stays cancelled 30 days before the date of arrival, all the sums paid will be kept by the campsite. . For all stays cancelled 30 days before the arrival date, for whatever reason, the whole amount of the stay shall be due and will be kept by the campsite. b/ Rental of a pitch: For all cancelled stays, the deposit will be kept by the campsite.
Cancellation. 7.1 In the event of cancellation for whatever reason, the deposit will be paid to the landlord by way of compensation. Cancellation fees amount to 200€ inclusive of all taxes. 7.2 In case of impossibility for the lessor to make available the rented property, the lessee will receive as compensation twice the deposit paid to the reservation for its accommodation only, excluding all amounts paid in respect of other services and services stipulated in the contract. Cancellation by the lessee results in the retention of the deposit paid by the lessee to the lessor as compensation. 7.3 In the context of an "ALL INCLUSIVE", the services ordered cannot be cancelled or modified except for accepting an increase in the rental price, the "ALL INCLUSIVE" benefiting from a special discount rate. 7.4 A departure during the stay will not allow any refund. The amount of the rental and additional services included or not will be granted to the lessors. 7.5 If the policy holder takes out cancellation insurance, the amounts paid will be refunded according to the conditions set out in the insurance policy attached to this contract.
Cancellation. If you cancel a binding booking, the following applies: • Between 0 and 48 hours before the agreed start of the rental, the full total rental price including extras must be paid to Roadsurfer. Due to the declared withdrawal, there is no claim to a value voucher (hereinafter "cancellation voucher") or refund of payments made. • Between 48 hours and 59 days before the agreed start of the rental period, the full total rental price including extras is payable to Roadsurfer. However, you will receive a cancellation voucher worth 50% of the total rental price to be redeemed upon conclusion of a future rental agreement, any claim for reimbursement by the renter beyond this is excluded. If the renter adds a Flex option for a fee when concluding the rental agreement, the following applies to a cancellation between 48 hours and 59 days before the agreed start of the rental period: - Cancellation is free of charge and the tenant receives any payments made back in full or can rebook to any period in the amount of the total rental price. - However, if the total rental price was paid by the renter in whole or in part with a cancellation or gift voucher, the renter will only receive a cancellation voucher in the amount of the cancellation or gift voucher value brought in at the time of payment. - If a rebooking results in a higher total rental price than the one originally agreed upon, the Lessee shall pay the difference. If, on the other hand, the new rental price is lower, the renter will receive a cancellation voucher for the difference compared to the originally agreed rental price. • If at least 60 days before the agreed start of the rental, the cancellation is free of charge and the tenant will be refunded any payments made. However, if the total rental price was paid by the renter in whole or in part with a cancellation or gift voucher, the renter will only receive a cancellation voucher in the amount of the cancellation or gift voucher value brought in at the time of payment. Equipment already booked cannot be cancelled separately from a booking. The cost of equipment, such as bicycle racks or a camping toilet, shall not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
Cancellation. For any cancellation, the client has to inform the campsite as soon as possible. If the client has contracted a cancellation insurance at the booking, he has to refer to the general conditions of the insurance company and contact them. If not, the amount paid will be kept by the campsite as indemnities.
Cancellation. The cancellation shall be expressed in writing (mail or email). The deposit and the booking fees aren’t refun- dable. It’s your responsability to take out an insurrance cancellation policy. However, a list is also available in our office on request. In case of cancellation 30 days before your arrival, only booking fees and deposit are lost.
