Christie’s Authenticity Warranty. (a) We warrant that, subject to the terms below, the lots in our sales are authentic (our “authenticity warranty”). If, within five (5) years of the date of the sale, you give us notice that your lot is not authentic, subject to the terms below, we will refund the purchase price paid by you.
