Books. 15 days from the date of issue of students (P.G. & U.G.)/Trainees. One month from the date of issue for all other members, other than those included in rule 3.2
Books. As stated above, all Lots are sold on an “as is” basis, subject to all faults, imperfections and errors of Description save as set out below. However, you will be entitled to reject a Book in the circumstances set out in paragraph 11 of the Buyers Agreement. Please note that Lots comprising printed Books, unframed maps and bound manuscripts are not liable to VAT on the Buyer’s Premium.
Books. Where the lot is a book, we give an additional warranty for 14 days from the date of the sale that if on collation any lot is defective in text or illustration, we will refund your purchase price, subject to the following terms. Your only right under this additional warranty is to cancel the sale and receive a refund of the purchase price paid by you to us. We will not, in any circumstances, be required to pay you more than the purchase price nor will we be liable for any other damages or expenses. This additional warranty does not apply to:
