Prices are calculated net, without discount, and are payable within thirty days following the issue date of the invoice. Execution of the order as well as access to the GOCAD platform can be suspended in the following cases: • full or partial non-payment of any possible down payment; • late payment for earlier operations; • if the Parties are unable to come to an agreement on price changes, on condition that fifteen days notice is given.
