The Merchant Partner seeks to benefit from a sales area in La Galerie to market its offers and contribute to the development of the La Galerie model in compliance with existing concepts and processes.
These Terms and Conditions are intended to describe the arrangements relating to the collaboration between RUE DU COMMERCE and the Merchant Partner.

The Merchant Partner is aware that the reputation of La Galerie is directly dependent on the quality of the offers presented by and of the investment of Merchant Partners being to the customer’s satisfaction.
It is this information system and its interfaces that will be used by the Merchant Partners, via their MIRAKL Boutique.
In this respect, the Merchant declares it has the necessary resources to ensure due performance of the obligations arising from these Terms and Conditions.
The Merchant Partner acknowledges having read the Terms and Conditions and expressly declares unreserved acceptance thereof by ticking the appropriate box when registering on La Galerie or by logging on to his MIRAKL Shop.
Eligibility criteria have therefore been established in order to select high quality Merchant Partners that offer the end customer every assurance regarding the services provided.
