Conformance to eligibility criteria. Proposal s conforming to preliminary scrutiny requirements will be checked by a Committee for conformance with the eligibility criteria stated in the Chapter 4. Non -conforming Proposals will be rejected . Subject to the result of reference checks being satisfactory, it is the intent of SIDBI to empanel the Respondent(s).
