MODES OF PAYMENT. Unless otherwise agreed, the Purchaser will make payment directly to the Contractor as per the Contract at Project/Station by cheque payable locally or at Mumbai. The Purchaser will release payment due to the Contractor within 30 (thirty) days provided the Contractor submits the invoice (s) and other accompanying documents that are complete and acceptable in all respects. 19
