Subletting Contract. The Contractor shall make all arrangements for carrying out the work as per the schedule of quantities, the Bank will not provide any kind of assistance in the form of men/ material. The Contractor shall not assign or not sublet any portion of the contract except with the written consent of the Bank and no undertaking shall relive the Contractor from the full and entire responsibility of the contract or from activity superintendence of the works during their process. In case of breach of these conditions, the Bank may serve a notice in writing on the Contractor rescinding the contract whereupon the security deposit shall stand forfeited to the Bank, without prejudice to his other remedies against the Contractor. 4.
