लाइसेंसधारक द्वारा राजस्व का संग्रह. Collection of Revenue by the Licensee लाइसेंसधारक एसएमयू पर खानपान सेवाएं प्रदान करने के बदले में यात्रियों से सीधे चलान जारी करने पर राजस्व (कर सहित) एकत्र करने के लिए अधिकृत है। लाइसेंसधारक इकाई में बेची गई सभी वस्तुओं के लिए कम्प्यूटरीकृत बिलिंग सुनिश्चित करेगा और लाइसेंसधारक नकद रहित लेनदेन की सुविधा प्रदान करेगा जैसे पीओएस / स्वाइप मशीन, बीएचआईएम, मोबाइल वॉलेट, भारत क्यूआर कोड, भारत सरकार या रेल मंत्रालय द्वारा नकद रहित लेनदेन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए किसी भी नई योजना / उपकरण / टूल्स काे यूनिट में अनिवार्य रूप से उपलब्ध कराया जाना है। उपरोक्त सभी की लागत लाइसेंसधारक द्वारा अपनायी जानी है। The Licensee is authorized to collect revenues (inclusive of tax) on issue of invoice directly from passengers in consideration of having rendered catering services on the SMU. The licensee shall also ensure computerized billing for all the items sold in the unit and the licensee shall provide the facility for cashless transaction viz. POS/Swipe machine, BHIM, Mobile Wallets, Bharat QR code, any new schemes/tools/instruments introduced by Government of India or Ministry of Railways for promoting cashless transaction etc. compulsorily available in the unit. The cost of all the above has to be borne by the licensee. 4.2
