2.1 Whereas (1), (2) and (3) shall be respectively amended to read as follows:
(1) The Borrower has stated that it is undertaking a project of an investment programme designated by the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration over the years 2011-2018 comprising in total 22 sub-projects of refurbishment, re-construction and new construction of judiciary facilities throughout Serbia as more particularly described in the technical description (the “Technical Description”) set out in Schedule A (the “Project”). The Project promoter and responsible for its implementation will be the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration of the Republic of Serbia (the “Promoter”).
(2) The total cost of the Project, as estimated by the Bank, is EUR 84,150,000 (eighty-four million one hundred and fifty thousand Euros) and the Borrower has stated that it intends to finance the Project as follows: Credit from the Bank 41.00 Other funding sources 43.15 TOTAL 84.15
(3) In order to fulfil the financing plan set out in Recital (2), the Borrower has requested from the Bank a credit equivalent to EUR 41,000,000 (forty-one million Euros).”
2.2 In the list of definitions, the definition of Final Availability Date shall be amended to read as follows: ““Final Availability Date” means 31 December 2018.”
2.3 In Article 1.04A(I), paragraphs (b) and (e) shall be respectively amended to read as follows: “(b) evidence of the Borrower’s ownership of the New Building C (00 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx);
Amendments. Changes in the terms and conditions of this Agreement may be made only by written agreement of the Parties. Any changes requested by the Purchaser to an Order under this Agreement may be subject to an equitable price and/or delivery adjustment as determined by CCC.

2.3 In the Table (List of Schools included in Component 1) of Schedule A, the Implementation Period in relation to elementary school “Vojvoda Stepa” and elementary school “Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx” shall be amended as follows: Elementary "Vojvoda Stepa" Belgrade - Kumodraz III Q 2014 IV Q 2015 1,600 17,500 Elementary "Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx" Aleksinac II Q 2012 IV Q 2015 3,000 5,000
Amendments. The Finance Contracts are hereby amended as set out below. An additional sentence shall be inserted at the end of Article 6.04 (Procurement Procedure) of each of the Finance Contracts with the following text: “The review procedures for remedies, as provided for in Serbian law, shall be available to any party having had an interest in obtaining a particular contract and who has been or risk being harmed by an alleged infringement.”
Amendments. The Parties may amend or supplement this Agreement only by concluding a written annex, signed by both Parties.
