Business Days. Without prejudice to the calculation of the Interest Period which remains unchanged, if a payment is due on a day which is not a Business Day, the due date for that payment shall be the next Business Day if the next Business Day is in the same calendar month, or the preceding Business Day if the next Business Day is not in the same calendar month.
Business Days. (a) Any payment under any Finance Document which is due to be made on a day that is not a Business Day shall be made on the next Business Day in the same calendar month (if there is one) or the preceding Business Day (if there is not).

During any extension of the Payment Date for a principal or unpaid amount under this Agreement, interest shall be payable on that amount during the extension period at the rate applicable on the original Payment Date.
