CLAIM written demands, civil or criminal proceedings, regulatory or administrative proceedings against an INSURED PERSON for a WRONGFUL ACT; - any official investigation into the conduct of an INSURED PERSON solely in his capacity as an INSURED PERSON; - INQUIRY; - SECURITIES CLAIMS. A proceeding, investigation shall be deemed to commence and be first made when an INSURED is first informed in writing or first required to attend such investigation.
