Currency of disbursement. The Bank shall disburse each Tranche in EUR.
Currency of disbursement. The Bank shall disburse each Tranche in EUR 1.04A First Tranche The disbursement of the first Tranche under Article 1.02, which will not exceed EUR 10,000,000(ten million euros), is conditional upon receipt by the Bank, in form and substance satisfactory to it, on or before the date falling5 (five) Business Days before the Scheduled Disbursement Date, of the following documents or evidence:

For the calculation of the sums available to be disbursed in currencies other than EUR, and to determine their equivalent in EUR, the Bank shall apply the rate published by the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, available on or shortly before submission of the Disbursement Notice as the Bank shall decide. The disbursement of the first Tranche under Article 1.2 is conditional upon receipt by the Bank, in form and substance satisfactory to it, on or before the date falling 7 (seven) Business Days before the Scheduled Disbursement Date, of the following documents or evidence:

The Bank has received from the Borrower a letter in form and substance satisfactory to the Bank stating that the final investment decision concerning the Project was taken by Republic of Serbia and Bulgaria and the pipeline will be constructed in full.
Currency of disbursement. The Bank shall disburse each Tranche in euro or, on demand of the Borrower and subject to availability and agreement between the Bank and the Borrower as to the offer side interbank market rate to be retained for the purpose of the definition of "Relevant Interbank Rate" in relation to such currency, in Croatian kuna. For the calculation of the equivalent in euro of a sum disbursed in Croatian kuna, the Bank shall apply the rate published by the European Central Bank in Frankfurt, on such date within fifteen days preceding disbursement of the relevant Tranche as the Bank shall decide. Disbursement of the first Tranche under Article 1.02 is subject to the Bank’s receipt, prior to presentation of the relevant Disbursement Request, of the following documents or evidence in form and substance satisfactory to it:
