Definitions in this Schedule. ‘‘Conversion Proposal’’ means a proposal made by the Bank under Paragraph B of this Schedule. ‘‘Interest Conversion’’ means the conversion of the Tranche, or part thereof, from a variable to fixed interest rate for its remaining term.
