Drawdown request. (a) Provided that the conditions set out in Clause 2.4(b) (Conditions precedent) are satisfied, the Borrower may draw on the Facility by delivery to the Lender of a duly completed Drawdown Request. Each Drawdown Request shall be delivered by the Borrower to the AFD office director at the address specified in Clause 16.1 (In writing and addresses).
