Enforcement costs. The Borrower shall, within five (5) Business Days of demand, pay to each Finance Party the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) incurred by that Finance Party (including costs and expenses incurred by Sinosure for which that Finance Party is liable) in connection with the registration, stamp duty, enforcement of, or the preservation of any rights under or any dispute or court proceeding arising from or in connection with, any Finance Document.
