Lenders' participation. (a) If the conditions set out in this Agreement have been met, each Lender shall make its participation in each Loan available by the Utilisation Date through its Facility Office.

(a) If the conditions set out in this Agreement have been met, each Lender shall make available (through any domestic or foreign branch or office as it will notify the Agent) its participation in each Tranche by the Utilisation Date to the bank account of TAŞYAPI İnşaat Taahhüt Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.Ş. held with such Lender or Affiliate of a Lender.
