Quality Improvement Sub-grants. 1. For the purposes of carrying out Part 1(b) of the Project, the Borrower shall, through the Ministry of Health and with technical oversight by the Health Insurance Fund, make available Quality Improvement Sub-grants to Beneficiary Primary Health Care Centers under a Quality Improvement Sub- grant Agreement, on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Bank, and detailed in the POGM.
