A kereskedési platformo(ko)n (továbbiakban: KP(k)) tagsággal nem rendelkező Rendszerhasználók számára az egyensúlytartási szolgáltatást az FGSZ Zrt. az ÜKSZ-ben, a Rendszerhasználati szerződésekre vonatkozó ÁSZF-ben és jelen Szerződésben rögzített feltételek szerint nyújtja. A Szerződés megkötése a földgázellátásról szóló törvény végrehajtásáról szóló 19/2009. (I. 30.) Korm. rendelet (továbbiakban: Vhr.) rendelkezése alapján az ÜKSZ Rendszerhasználó általi elfogadásának minősül. Jelen Szerződés határozatlan időre szól. 1.
