DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION. 1.1 In the General Terms, the following words and phrases shall, unless the context requires otherwise, have the following meanings: Business Day any day, other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Hungary. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION. 1.1. If the Purchaser and the Seller (or their respective Affiliates) have executed alternative contractual terms or a master agreement governing the purchase of the Products and Services set out in the Purchase Order, then those alternative terms shall apply instead of these Terms and Conditions.
