Final provisions. 1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following the receipt of the latter written notification by the Parties that they have completed all of their internal procedures required for its entry into force. This Agreement shall remain in force until terminated by either Party giving the other Party at least ninety (90) days’ written notice of termination.

This Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following thirty (30) calendar days after the receipt of the latter written last notification by the Parties that they have completed all of their internal procedures required for its entry into force. This Agreement and shall remain in force until for fifteen (15) years. After fifteen (15) years this Agreement shall continue to be in force for further successive periods of ten (10) years each unless terminated by either Party giving the other Party at least ninety (90) days’ written notice under paragraph 4 of terminationthis Article.
