Common use of Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property. The Subscriber acknowledges that all copyright and any other right or protected interest in and to the Subscribed Products remain with Elsevier and its partners, thus Subscriber and the Authorized User Institutions are only authorized to use the Subscribed Products in the manner and to the extent specified in this Agreement. Subscriber acknowledges that unauthorized use and distribution of the Subscribed Products may cause financial damage to Elsevier and its partners.
