Conduct of Audit. We reserve the right to inspect and conduct an audit to ensure that you have complied with your obligations under these EB Services Terms and Conditions and you must forthwith comply with such requests and render all necessary help to us. If any non-compliance is discovered as a result of such audit, you will be responsible for any costs reasonably incurred in respect of the conduct of the audit and any rectification action.
