Common use of Funds Deposit Clause in Contracts

Funds Deposit. a. The Customer hereby requests and authorizes the Bank to conduct the Funds Deposit Instruction both cash and non-cash into the Account. However, the Bank at its sole discretion reserves the right to reject any deposit, limit the amount of the deposit and/or return all or part of the deposit concerned.
