Complaints of defects by customers of the Customer, who have purchased the products, are not suitable for interrupting the 8 (eight)-day-period mentioned in the previous paragraph. In the 10 absence of timely reporting of defects or faults by the Customer to Oberalp, any recourse rights of the Customer against Oberalp for defects reported by the customers of the Customer shall be ex- cluded. The rules on product liability shall remain unaffected. defective products claimed by the Customer. The products and components replaced by Oberalp under warranty become the property of Oberalp. including the reimbursement of shipping costs, and for identifying the origin of the defect.
