CONFORMITY CLEARANCE / CERTIFICATE OF REGULAR EXECUTION. The verification of the compliance of the services performed with those agreed, will be carried out by the RUP (person in charge of this procedure), pursuant to art. 102, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree n. 50/2016 and as amended isart. 237 of the Presidential Decree n. 207/2010.
CONFORMITY CLEARANCE / CERTIFICATE OF REGULAR EXECUTION. The verification of compliance with the terms of agreement will be made within 30 (thirty) days from the delivery of the supply, by the Director of the execution of the contract, pursuant to Article 102, paragraph 2, of D.lgs. n. 50/2016 and art. 237 of Presidential Decree n. 207/2010.
