DIMENSIONAL AND POSITIONAL CONSTRAINTS. As of today, the existing elements of LASA liquefaction plant are in three different but close rooms, on two levels. This generates specific location constraints for the items in the SoW of this tender: - Cold box, its control system, and the storage dewar (as well as optional cryogenic switchbox) must be positioned on the surface available on the open mezzanine (approximately 25 m2) served by crane. - Compressor must be positioned in a compressors room at a lower floor near the cold box. Compressors room is not served by crane and items shall be moved by lifters or pallet trucks. - Buffer tank current location has a limited clearance and if a much larger vessel is needed a different location must be identified. It could be the same room (mezzanine level, adjacent room, served by 2000 kg hoist) or even outside the building. - Concrete basement and “hookings” are already in place alongside the existing helium gas storage vessel and are available for the placement of gas storage extension vessel.
