Although liquid nitrogen supply is available for the new liquefier cold-box (storage is 10000 liters dewar), the proposed liquefaction system must work without liquid nitrogen pre-cooling with reduced performances in each of the three working scenarios as per chapter 3.1. Bidder shall also provide an evaluation of cold-box liquefaction rate derating, only for the Pure Liquefaction mode, in the case the liquefier is operated without liquid nitrogen pre- cooling.
