DISPUTES - TERRITORIAL COMPETENCE OF THE JURISDICTION COURT. For all civil contraventions relating to the rental relationship and to this contract, the Naples Tribunal or the Naples Judge of Peace will be competent by territory, with the express exclusion of any other Court. Upon signing this contract, the Client declares that he has been expressly and adequately informed about this Article and has expressly consented to the condition therein.
