Common use of Korea Clause in Contracts

Korea. If the Territory is Korea, the MicroStrategy contracting entity on the order is MicroStrategy Korea Co., Ltd, with offices at 0X, XX Xxxxxxx XX Xxxxxxxx, 000-0 Xxxxxxx-Xxxx, Xxxxxxx- Xx, Xxxxx 000-000, Xxxxx and the following terms apply: (a) the Governing Law will be the laws of Korea; and (b) any disputes, actions, claims or causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the parties’ relationship under it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Seoul Central District Court in Korea; and (c) in the event of a conflict between the English-language version and the Korean-language version of this Agreement, or between the English-language version and the Korean- language version of an order, the English-language version will prevail; and (d) references to “CPI” in the Agreement will be deemed to refer to “Korea CPI.”
