LINKED CONTRACTS. 4.1 Some services may be provided through the Provider's Commercial Partners based on agreements made by the Provider, which is subject to these agreements and the technical rules indicated by the same Commercial Partners that form an integral and substantial part of this Contract, available for consultation at the Provider, and which the Customer declares to know and accept by signing the Commercial Proposal. 4.2 The Provider has full discretion to identify and select its Commercial Partners.
