MANUFACTURE ON DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OR DESIGNS. No drawing, design or specification being GB BARBERI Srl or its licensors' property may be copied by the supplier or handed on to third parties, or exploited by him for purposes other than the performance of the supply. Manufacture of material on drawings, designs or specifications shall be limited by the supplier to the quantities to be delivered to GB BARBERI Srl and the supplier agrees to destroy any reject.The supplier recognizes as illegal any manufacture and sale outside of the supply of material manufactured on drawings, designs or specifications of GB BARBERI Srl or its licensors, both for production use and for stock, spares and accessories of whatever nature, either manufacture of offered for sale with or without reference to GB BARBERI Srl trade name, trademarks or distinguishing symbols.
