Notice of exercise. (a) The TE’s Call Option shall be exercised in writing by means of a written notice to the Sellers, copy to Telco, (the “TE’s Call Option Notice”) indicating confirmation that all necessary antitrust and telecommunication authorisations have been duly requested, including, if needed, those required under any Brazilian and Argentinean applicable antitrust and telecommunications rules (the “Necessary Authorisations”).
