OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT. 2.1. By signing this Contract, the Lessor undertakes to rent the vehicle covered by the contract to the Customer under the conditions set out below. 2.2. The Lessor follows the preparatory activities necessary to allow the Customer the full and efficient use of the vehicle object of the Rental. The preparatory activities consist in checking the functionality of the vehicle covered by the Contract. In any case, the Lessor undertakes to deliver the vehicle with fuel, safety equipment (by way of example but not limited to, reflective vest, triangle, spare tire or repair kit, etc.), as well as the regularity of the compulsory insurance coverage RCA, for which the Lessor undertakes to deliver the relevant certificate,a copy of the insurance mark and the green card, together with a copy of the registration certificate.
