Common use of Reporting the incident and subsequent obligations of the Insured Clause in Contracts

Reporting the incident and subsequent obligations of the Insured. In the event of an incident, the Insured must give telephonic and written notice to the company in accordance with the methods set out in this contract. Further, s/he must do everything within his/her power to prevent/reduce the damage, pursuant to Art. 1914, sub-para 1, of the Civil Code. The Insured recognises his/her obligations as indicated in the Section on the Obligations of the Insured.
