Common use of Rights of Holders and Calculations Clause in Contracts

Rights of Holders and Calculations. None of the Issuers, the Guarantor, the Calculation Agent and the Certificate Agents shall have any responsibility for any errors or omissions in the calculation of any Cash Settlement Amount or of any Entitlement. The purchase of Certificates does not confer on any Holder of such Certificates any rights (whether in respect of voting, distributions or otherwise) attaching to any Relevant Asset.
