Examples of Exercise Business Day in a sentence
In this case a duly completed voluntary exercise notice (a Voluntary Exercise Notice) must be delivered by facsimile to the Calculation Agent prior to 10.00 a.m. Milan time on any Exercise Business Day during the Exercise Period (the Effective Exercise Date) at the facsimile number set out in the form of Voluntary Exercise Notice attached as Annex V to these Final Terms.
If the Voluntary Exercise Notice is delivered after 10.00 a.m. on any Exercise Business Day during the Exercise Period, such Voluntary Exercise Notice will be deemed to have been delivered on the next Exercise Business Day, which Exercise Business Day shall be deemed to be the Effective Exercise Date.
The Exercise Business Day during the Exercise Period on which an Exercise Notice (an "Exercise Notice") in, or substantially in, the form set out in the applicable Final Terms, is delivered by the Holder prior to 10.00 a.m. (Milan time) to the Italian Warrant Agent, or if the Warrants are automatically exercised, the Expiration Date is referred to herein as the "Actual Exercise Date".
