Goods means the goods/ or services described in the Order. “Otar”: means Otar S.p.A. “Order”: means the purchase order (and its attachments) signed by Otar and transmitted to Supplier. “Party”: means Otar and/or Supplier. “Parties”: means Otar and Supplier. “Supplier”: means the seller of the Goods. Singular/plural terms: any reference in these General Terms to terms in the singular number shall be deemed to include the plural and vice versa.
