Personal Data Breach any breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed;
Personal Data Breach means an accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of or access to Personal Information, transmitted, stored or otherwise Processed.   • The Parties agree to coordinate in good faith on developing the content of any related public statements and any required notices to the affected data subjects and/or the relevant Regulator(s) in connection with a Personal Data Breach involving OCLC or its applicable Subprocessors, provided that nothing in this section shall prevent either party from complying with its obligations under Data Protection Laws and Regulations.
